Just in time to close out the traditional summer movie season, the original summer blockbuster, Steven Spielberg's iconic 1975 shark thriller, Jaws, will return to big screens nationwide -- though not quite in the way as numerous generations have seen and remembered it, for this return engagement is not only remastered, but it is also converted into RealD 3D. This updated, enhanced version of the film was screened for the first time ever tonight, Tuesday, August 23, at the Regal L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles, introduced by Sean Spencer, RealD 3D vice president of sales and marketing, as can be seen below.
The original Jaws returns to cinemas nationwide in RealD 3D on Friday, September 2.
