While James Ponsoldt's Summering had its official premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January, this year's pivot to an entirely virtual festival meant that the coming-of-age drama did not enjoy a proper in-person launch until its special Los Angeles screening on Wednesday, August 9, at The London Hotel in West Hollywood. Director/co-writer/producer Ponsoldt and producer P. Jennifer Dana introduced the special event, below.
Summering opens in cinemas nationwide on Friday, August 12, from Bleecker Street.
