In the last couple of years, Will Smith has further grown his already massive, long lasting, global celebrity in the arena of social media, so it's fitting that the venue for the press conference promoting his latest "day job" project, the science fiction action thriller Gemini Man, would be at YouTube Space in Playa Vista. But the film itself is an appropriate fit for a tech-minded site, what with director Ang Lee once again pushing the visual effects envelope after his celebrated, Academy Award-winning work in Life of Pi. On that note, joining Smith and Lee for the discussion (below) were visual effects supervisors Bill Westenhofer and Guy Williams, along with blockbuster director Jerry Bruckheimer.
Gemini Man opens on Friday, October 11, from Paramount Pictures.
